Our family came back from Italian winter holidays in february 2003 with a new one member. What could family like ours bring back from Dolomites ? A dog, of course a rhodesian ridgeback :-). It took us additional 300 km to pick him up from Parma. But it was worth it! Sweet, lovely and beautiful MKAI LEORIDGE was just 4 months old and he was already quite a big dog. We call him POKER at home.

Although Poker is brought from Italy, from Ms Leonora Leal's' kennel, he's not an Italian actually. It has pure americanblood. Both his mother CH USA, CH I Nala and father CH USA, CH I Mufasa, together with their ancestors are dogs from renowned american kennels. The exceptional beauty of his ancestors, excellent type, health and mentality together with outstanding pedigree convinced me import this very dog. It was a well thought decision based on deep analysis of pedigrees, health, mentality and other heriditary features. In my opinion, such a blood would be very useful in Polish kennels to improve at least type, temperament and health of our ridgebacks.

Although Poker is not even year old, he gave us a lot of satisfaction and joy achieving successes on the biggest european and world dog shows.

Above all, we're having a lot of fun and joy being with him. Just like the other dogs and cats, POKER lives at home together with his new family.
